The theme of the 3rd SIYST Expo is “Science · Innovation · Future”. Young students from all over the world will be invited to join the Expo to share their thoughts and the best practices of their respective countries on the topics including Scientific Innovation and Better Life, Scientific Innovation and Future City, Scientific Innovation and Climate Change.
The 3rd SIYST Expo will be held during the 2010 World Expo Shanghai (May to October, 2010). It is estimated that there will be more than 200 countries and international organizations participating the Expo and over 70 million visitors coming over to Shanghai. We sincerely hope that, by taking this opportunity, we will make the 3rd SIYST Expo an international science exposition for students and teachers to learn, to participate and to share. And we also believe that the 3rd SIYSTE will be a platform for the rest of the world to get to know China and for Chinese young people to know the world.
The main activities of the 3rd SIYSTE include Works Exhibition, Teacher and Student Interactive Forum, “Doing on-spot” Workshop, Opening and Closing Ceremony and Receptions. The organizer will also arrange visits to 2010 World Expo Shanghai.
